Gambitt, (formerly known as Gambitt4Aces) is a Baton Rouge, Louisiana producer/rapper who appeared on the underground hip-hop scene in 2009 by releasing a series of beat-tapes entitled "The SoultapeLvL Series". Aside from production he's also a lyricist but prefers beat-making instead of writing. He has released his 1st lyrical project early 2011 titled "Don't Say I Didn't Warn U".
His production style is heavily inspired by J-Dilla, Havoc Of Mobb Deep and Pimp-C Of U.G.K. (also by Charles Hamilton, even though Gambitt will not forcefully admit it in attempts to separate himself from other starchasers). Gambitt has produced for a good range of artists, such as Show TuFli, Yung Nate, Allen York, Justin Allen and more.
